Price Policy
All prices are final at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. We reserve the right, however, to change prices at any time without notice to you. We ship worldwide.
Shipping and handling
Our standard shipping and handling fee is a flat rate of 5 Euro.
We normally ship by certified mail.
If you require a different shipping method (Express or similar) please contact us through our
contact form before ordering and we will contact you accordingly.
Refund clause
If unsatisfied with any product from dualsim.de/en, please return it within 14 days by postmark of purchase and packaged well to prevent damage. Once product is received and evaluated for clean preservation without marks or damage and in the original package, a full refund can be processed. Shipment cost of any returns is the purchaser’s responsibility. You should also let us know in advance by fax (+497221-8580959) or e-mail, if you wish a refund.
We do not take any responsibility in case sim cards or mobile phones get damaged
